Fake "peace" texts, a propaganda site that teaches you to spot propaganda, and a paper trail that leads straight to the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
On June 30, 2026, an unsolicited text arrived from a number identifying itself as "Jenn" with an organization called Friends for Peace:
"Hi, I'm Jenn with Friends for Peace. A new agreement could weaken an Iran-backed terrorist group without more U.S. troops. Open to chat? Stop2End"
A second, separate number — +1 703-520-5751 — sent a near-identical script under the name "James" from an org called Partners in Peace, with the same "Stop2End" footer. When pushed to get on a call, the response was immediate and revealing:
"We are unable to make calls right now but I am happy to chat more over text."
Neither "Friends for Peace" nor "Partners in Peace" exist as registered organizations. They are not findable in any nonprofit registry, FEC filing, or FARA database under those names — because those names are disposable wrappers. Investigative outlet Responsible Statecraft documented the same pattern across four separate numbers reaching Americans in California, Florida, Texas, Wisconsin, and Alabama, sometimes in Spanish, since November 2025.

The texting operation traces to Clock Tower X LLC, a firm founded by former Trump 2020 campaign manager Brad Parscale, operating under a direct contract with the Israeli government.
"Clock Tower X's contract with the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which increased from $6 million to $9 million in December, includes 'Delivery of monthly updated audience segmentation and sentiment analysis, including Gen Z and other key U.S. demographic groups.'"
The operation is internally branded "Project 545," per public statements from Israeli MFA chief of staff Eran Shayovich, Parscale's direct point of contact in Israel:
"A year and two months into a long war, when the image of the State of Israel was at one of its lowest points... we began to fight back seriously."
The same contract extends into earned and paid media well beyond text messages — CTX is also integrating pro-Israel messaging into Salem Media Network, the conservative media conglomerate behind shows like "The Right View with Lara Trump" and "The Dinesh D'Souza Podcast."
Per journalist Jack Poulson's reporting, Clock Tower X operates at least 11 distinct websites. This investigation has independently confirmed and documented the following nodes, all sharing the identical FARA footer disclaimer and @clocktowerx.com contact infrastructure:
Both confirmed sites carry the identical legally-mandated disclosure, present only in the page footer:
"This material is distributed by Clock Tower X LLC on behalf of the State of Israel. Additional information is available at the Department of Justice, Washington, DC."
Allyvia hosts a page literally titled "How to Spot Propaganda." It instructs readers to watch for:
Every bullet describes the site's own operation. The adjacent "Truth Hub" page makes unsourced claims throughout — "legal scholars note," "military analysts," "Hamas's documented practice" — with zero named sources, zero links, zero dates. The site that warns you to distrust content lacking attribution is, itself, content lacking attribution.

Culturavia is structurally distinct from Allyvia — same operator, same FARA footer, different audience segment. Where Allyvia leads with security and policy, Culturavia leads with "Faith & Heritage," "Arts & Culture," and "Philanthropy." It is also a registered fundraising vehicle:

Culturavia's page on antisemitism, "Distinguishing Legitimate Criticism of Israel from Antisemitism," is notably more careful than Allyvia's content — it accurately quotes the IHRA Working Definition and lists genuinely protected criticism (opposing settlement policy, advocating Palestinian statehood, criticizing military operations). That accuracy is itself worth flagging: it never mentions that IHRA's own lead drafter, Kenneth Stern, has publicly objected to the definition being weaponized against campus speech, nor does it mention the Jerusalem Declaration on Antisemitism or the Nexus Document were created specifically because scholars disputed how IHRA was being applied. The page also never engages the hardest case — how the "double standards" clause gets operationalized against BDS legislation and ICC/ICJ proceedings — sticking instead to the easiest, least contested examples.
Allyvia's own Mobile Terms & Conditions document drops the "Friends for Peace" / "Partners in Peace" cover entirely and signs as the operating company directly:
"CLOCK TOWER X LLC ('Clock Tower,' 'CTX,' 'We,' 'Us,' 'Our') is offering a mobile messaging program... you agree to receive recurring autodialed marketing mobile messages and you understand that your consent to be contacted in this method is not required to make any purchase from Us."
This is the company's own legal classification of the texts: autodialed marketing. Not civic dialogue. Not grassroots peace outreach. Marketing, run by a foreign government's contracted PR firm, sent to American phones under invented charity names.

This is Zone Flooding executed as a vertically integrated operation: SMS outreach generates initial contact → bot/script holds engagement → links push to "Truth Hub" content for pre-loaded skepticism toward Gaza reporting → cultural-affinity site (Culturavia) builds soft long-term trust → all under a $9M government contract with disclosure technically present but functionally invisible.
None of the individual facts deployed across these sites are necessarily fabricated outright. The dishonesty is structural: real facts, arranged and scoped to imply conclusions the facts alone don't support, with the actual contested evidence — ICJ intent findings, the Nakba, the British Mandate, MoH casualty cross-validation, the IHRA/JDA scholarly split — consistently absent. It is not crude lying. It is omission as methodology, at industrial scale, run by a former presidential campaign manager on a seven-figure foreign government retainer.
